2019 – in corso, Ferrandina (MT)
The Environmental Art intervention carried out in the square of the Ferrandina – Matera railway station consists of reshaping the entire area in front of the historic station building, featuring a sculptural element and an installation on the station’s facade.
The redevelopment of the Ferrandina-Matera Station Square provided an important opportunity to transform this crucial infrastructure hub into a modern caravanserai where railway, road, pedestrian, and cycling paths converge, alongside areas for rest and refreshment, and symbolically, elements of memory. The project was approached by combining the specific needs related to the area’s redevelopment and usage with a broader program focusing on the entire territory and its potential, both cultural and in terms of tourism and hospitality.
2022, Rivoli (TO)
Artistic performance held in the park of Palazzo Piozzo di Rosignano in Rivoli, featuring musicians Elena Gallafrio on violin and Vincenzo Sparacio on percussion. The performance was part of the cultural events program within the Piedmont Biennial of Modern and Contemporary Art, Sculptura 2, On Tour Edition 2022.
Mandala of Pumpkins. Art and Madness brings together various artistic expressions: installation, music, performance, and happening. The artist, accompanied by musicians Elena Gallafrio and Vincenzo Sparacio in their personal interpretation of the popular musical theme of madness, creates a unique chromatic installation using painted, dried lagenaria gourds arranged according to the symbolic image of a mandala. The performance concludes with a choral musical happening that involves the audience. In an interview with art critic Tommaso d’Olìo Agùrtes, the artist explains the genesis of the work.
2019 – 2020, Ente Parco dell’Alta Murgia Materana (MT).
A Land Art intervention that originates within the project LANDSCAPES IN MOTION. Experiences in the Territory as a Work of Art, conceived by Marcella Tisi and Andrea Rolando. It develops one of the aspects related to the central theme of walking as a tool for understanding and culturally experiencing the territory, reading and interpreting it as a work of art in itself.
The project, for which the expertise and collaboration of Gianfranco Lionetti was enlisted, is dedicated to a section of the territory within the Ente Parco Archeologico Storico Naturale delle Chiese Rupestri del Materano. It aims to highlight both the obvious and subtle aspects of its uniqueness and exceptional nature. Various phases are planned, from studying the routes through map analysis and direct experience, a nature excursion with Gianfranco Lionetti, to the creation of artistic stops represented by the site-specific works of Marcella Tisi.
2012 – 2019, Dorsale ferroviaria da Potenza a Bari.
The project has a territorial dimension and stems from aesthetic and landscape observations regarding the areas traversed by the railway, which has remained largely faithful to its original construction from the early decades of the 20th century. The project involved professionals, experts, artists, scholars, and the local population. Conceived by Marcella Tisi and Andrea Rolando (professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan), the experts and professionals involved include Claudio Cerritelli (art critic, former professor at the Brera Academy, Milan), Eng. Francesco Onorato (professional and Pro Loco Irsina), Alessandro Scandiffio (professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin), Guido Morandini (RAI photographer), and Valoris Marcon (sculptor).

In September, during the final days of the exhibition, a presentation and discussion of the book The Place and the Works, published by Celid (Turin), took place.
2005 – 2006, Craco (MT)
Site-specific Land Art intervention in the old town of Craco in the province of Matera, an ancient settlement that suffered a series of sudden collapses in the mid-1950s, leading to its depopulation and eventual abandonment. Moved and fascinated by this poignant and sublime sight, the artist conceived and created an artistic intervention aimed at awakening awareness and revealing the beauty of a landscape that, without protection, is destined for ruin.
2003 – 2006, Rho – Pero (MI).
The intervention consists of two art pieces that are part of the exterior design of the Milan trade fair complex in Rho – Pero, based on the winning project by architect Mario Bellini. It involves the redesign of two areas corresponding to the rotary road system at the entrances to the green spaces, which also serve as surface parking areas, south of the fair complex. The fundamental characteristic of this project lies in the premise of not limiting the design to the roundabout space alone but addressing the entire context in a unified way to minimize one of the typical features of such spaces: fragmentation.

Like Hansel, she left a visible yet ephemeral trace of her passage.
